We've noticed that the Ward Conference Sustaining list is not showing the correct list of Church Apostles for sustaining votes. We've doing several recent updates but the data hasn't updated nor can we manually correct the information. Is this to be corrected in a future release of MLS?

This has been updated in the next version of MLS. It is working its way through the beta cycle now.

Good thing you noticed this before getting up to do the sustainings.
As an alternative, you can use the Officers Sustained form on Leader and Clerk Resources:

Or, I guess you can print from MLS and manually correct after printing.

Until MLS updates, you CAN manually correct the information, but you have to do it the old fashioned way: hand-write the correct information on the printed sheet.

I cannot find the MLS Ward Conference Sustaining report in MLS. How can I download a copyright?

It's now in LCR (Reports > Forms > Officers Sustained from the menu).

For the YW it only shows President and Secretary - but no councilors.

Have you checked to see if there are counselors called with standard callings? While the calling name for a non-standard name may appear exactly the same as the standard calling name it will not auto-fill the names in the Officers Sustained form. As a last resort you can manually add the names in the form before printing.
