Indeed, this is mostly fixed in MLS 2.9.2. I say mostly, because although you are no longer returned to the top of the list after each recommend is activated, as was the case with MLS 2.9.1, the focus is not returned to the name field as it was in MLS 2.9 and before. Because of this, you can't immediately begin typing a name to do a name search, but you have to first click in the name text box. This is not as big an annoyance as being returned to the top of the list, but it's a pity that the functionality was not restored to the way it was in MLS 2.9.

Though the focus no longer jumps to the top of the list with 2.9.2, the 5 second delay after submitting OR cancelling the activate dialog is making me crazy! Please, please, please have your QA team isolate this so it can be fixed in the next release.
