Our executive secretary ran across the following problem this past Sunday.
He logged off of MLS and a generic pop up window appeared which said "An Error has Occurred."

I was just informed of the matter tonight. I looked and found the following error in MLSlog several times. The error appears to be related to Java. I don't know what I am looking at. Can anyone help?

The incremental updates to MLS sometimes have problems that can best be resolved by doing a full on top install of MLS. Have you tried to do a complete install of MLS on top of the current installation using the installer downloaded from the MLS download page? This will replace any corrupt or damaged program files including the JRE specific to MLS.

If a reinstall doesn't clear it up, you may have a data issue that is causing the problem. That would require help from the Global Service Center. You don't need to reinstall before contacting the GSC, but can if you want to try that first. Support contact information is available from https://www.lds.org/help/support/index.
