There seminary and institute teachers registered in the MLS Stake but his calling as seminary and institute teachers is not recorded in the LRC, how you can make those changes and how those changes can be updated. Anyone know how to do that?

You might try Correcting duplicate or missing callings. If for any reason MLS thinks it's sent the change, but it didn't get processed, then you have to resort to this to fix it.
