We have been having a problem with our CDE database entry system. Every record after it has been typed but before it is saved in the "Review Pending Submissions" folder pops up with an error saying that the record could not be saved and to contact the stake clerk for help. The error occurs regardless of the ward/stake of the recent convert. We have tried closing and reopening the program and we have tried restarting the computer but nothing has worked. Is this a problem with the network connection or some inner problem with the program? What can we do to solve the problem?
