Financial Statement printing

#1

Post by pgm44 »

Hello, every time if I try to print financial statements MLS shut down.
If I open printers and faxes there are 3 printers:
CutePDF writer
HP LaserJet 1020 (is our default printer)
PDF Complete

What can I do to print the Financial Statements?

Reboot

If that does not help then

Uninstall all of the printers, reboot, then reinstall.

FYI - I like PDF Redirect much better than Cute PDF

I had a similar problem printing multiple IROPs. I called LUS, and they said that the MLS JVM simply ran out of memory due to a memory leak. They suggested I print one, exit and restart MLS, then print another.

I always print my financial statements to CutePDF so I can store the PDFs.
