MLS has never done this to me before: about 3/4 of my printed visiting teaching assignments do not have their associated visiting teaching supervisor's name and address included with the assignment. Any idea what has gone wrong?
EDIT: Never mind. Sadly, the supervisor passed away last week and her records have already been removed. And we don't have another appointed in her place.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
