Local Unit Support
Do they still have a direct number? like when we need a security token reset.

Direct as in direct to a human? I don't know of any. All numbers I have drop me into the same menu system.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Call the regular number. You can only get a security reset when there is a real person at the end of the menu system, i.e., not on weekends.rolandc wrote:Do they still have a direct number? like when we need a security token reset.
