I'm our stake financial clerk, and noticed that one of our sweep accounts is out of balance.
(Goes back to something done in 2009).
I have two ward clerks that have identified the same issue.
As of December 31, 2014, all of the sweep accounts were clean.
All of a sudden they're not out of balance.
a - Is there a simple way to fix this?
b - if not, is there a way to contact MLS support via email. (The times the support center is open, doesn't usually fit my schedule to be at the stake centre to make the call).
