I have a few problems I need help with

We are in a rural county and our Stake building is about 60 miles from here, so I'm trying to figure things out without them having to send people here.

I chuckled when I read that. While you may live 60 miles away from the stake center, your stake clerk or STS might live 60 miles away from the stake center in the opposite direction. I was just amused that many people think that people who have stake callings live close to the stake center. I am the stake clerk and the STS, and I live about 20-30 minutes away from the stake center, depending on traffic conditions. I live on the western edge of the stake, so driving to the meetinghouses on the northern, eastern, and southern edges is a bit of a challenge. I have to rely upon the FM to meet with technicians at the outlying meetinghouses.
