Remove members from callings

Postby pfpurdyii » Mon Jan 05, 2015 6:09 pm

I am unable to remove two sisters from their callings in the relief society. The "remove" option is not available in MLS next to their names. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

By chance, are the callings for Visiting Teaching Supervisors? If so, you need to make changes via the VT area of MLS.

I believe that is a custom position. Problems have been reported in the past in removing some custom positions. The work around is to use the custom positions review tool to change the position from the custom position to any standard position. Once the position has been changed the entire line, member name and position, should be removable from the organization.

Have you tried finding your answer on the LDS.org Help Center page or the LDSTech wiki?

That worked beautifully. Thanks.
