Donation registration missing

Hi,
I'm Berenger technology specialist
The Last Sunday 3 branches(cotonou Benin) got the same problem: After the registration of the member donation and after having print out all the rapport. And after the "send/receive" the donations of that Sunday disappear. We couldn't thind them in MLS.
