Nonresident and nonmember spouse listed as HOH

We have a sister in our ward who has a current spouse who is not living with her (he lives in another state) and is not a member, so there is no temporary or permanent record for that man. However, on the Church directory on the web site and on the phone apps this non-resident and non-member spouse is listed as the head of household. Even though currently he is the husband he is not in the stake and ward boundaries and never will be.

Is there any way on my end I can change that, short of terminating the marriage? There is not temporary record to remove. There is no permanent record to move or to administratively cancel (there are no ordinances, and never have been any ordinances for him). And I cannot go in via the phone app's 'edit member' page and set the visibility of the spouse to leaders only.

You have to contact LUS and ask them to suppress the marriage record as indicated by one of the developers a few years ago in this post.
