Have a strange problem that occurred today when attempting to record a child blessing: only 14 countries came up on the list of countries, and United States was not one of them. I started to check around and noticed that the membership field on members records for members born in the United States is also now showing blank! Did a reboot, didn't fix the issue.

I suspect a corrupt MLS installation.

I did download MLS to my home PC and fired up the sample database and see 276 countries.

Has anyone else had this problem with MLS 3.7.2?

You may want to try using the File > Request Unit Refresh Data and then unselect everything except the Country, States and Provinces List checkbox. Do a send/receive, wait a while (I don't know how long but I expect it should be ready pretty quick) and then do another send/receive.

That did the trick!! I know about unit refresh, but didn't know about that option.. I do now! :=) Thanks much.
