Our EQ was using a spreadsheet for their HT and not entering it into MLS. Unfortunately MLS will not allow me to go back prior to Jun to enter the data. Please help.

Click on the % amount, on the entry page, that will give you a drop down list of past months and also past years, if memory serves!

First I'd council that you should determine whether you really need to enter all of the historic HT data. There is no general requirement to keep HT data in MLS. It will be a lot of work and I'm not sure what benefit it will give you.

But if you do really need to do it, you can enter visits back one year. I don't know of any way to go further back than that. To enter visits more than 2 months ago, first use the Organizations > HT Reporting > Enter HT Visits menu option. Then click on the percentage just to the left of the check boxes you normally use to enter visits. This will bring up a dialog where you can enter visits for the last year.

(This screen shot is from the test install of MLS -- it does not contain private data).

Just as a note, MLS will not allow you to enter a visit on the month that a family has moved into the ward. So if they moved in May 1st, you can't record a visit for the month of May, but you can for June.

Also you can't record a visit for families that have moved out. As a result, the percentages calculated by MLS is likely to be different from the EQ sheet.

Having historical data does allow you to generate charts, if that is something you want to do.
