Action and Interview List (Suggestion)

Hi there
It would be really helpful if you could add a few fields to the action and interview list.
-assigned (i.e. who is assigned to do the interview)
-Notes (even if it is a really short notes field)
At the moment we need to copy the action and interview list to a different doc so we can keep track of who is doing what and where they are up to.
These two fields would save so much time.
Even better would be for the Bishop to add his own custom fields and these are saved to his LDS account or the like.
