Collate Print Jobs

When I print multiple copies of a report or directory, it gives me the option to collate, which I check. But when it prints it isn't collated. Is this an issue within MLS or is it an issue with the printer? We use a Brother HL-5370DW.

The first thing I'd do is check wtih Brother for the latest set of drivers. It could have been a bug that was fixed.
The second thing is to test it from another application.

MLS has been messed up for years and won't print collated. Simply print the reports one at a time or collate by hand.
