Cannot Connect With SLC

MSL
Everything was fine - we were uploading, checking msg's etc., via internet. Then this Monday, April 14th, our clerk could not connect. The dial-up screen kept coming up. We have tried about everything to get our MSL back to connecting via the internet but to no avail.

Can anyone suggest settings that need to be made/changed? All users of our MSL/business computer have denied making any changes.

First, make sure you're connected to the Internet. Try opening a browser and going to Google. (If that's successful, then try go to filter.lds.org to make sure you are still behind a firewall.)

Then go into the system options and set MLS to only use the Internet.

That is found in Edit > System Options > System. Either Internet or Auto Detect should work. But if Auto Detect is the selected option then select Internet and try again.
