Hello, my Stake President called me and asked me to change the names of our two Elders Quorums from #1 and #2 to North and South but I don't know how to do that. Does anyone know how to change the name of the quorums? Thanks!

You can't change the name -- there's no provision in MLS for setting the title of a quorum. The quorums are simply numbered.

I agree that naming quorums would be nice in some contexts (we had an "odd" Relief Society and an "even" Relief Society in my Provo YSA ward at one point, whose members were determined by the parity of their apartment numbers).
