We are sorry if you feel you have been treated with any disrespect or in any condescending manner. That is not the intent. Rather from years of experience in dealing with the manner in which the Church manages the technology programs we are painfully aware of the limitations of the technology development programs. We have also come to recognize that the community (those of us using the technology) is not the real customer. We are a secondary customer. The real customer is the internal Church department that sponsors the technology. In this case it is the Priesthood Department. It is for this reason that we have little say in the recommendations about enhancements to programs such as MLS. The programmers hear our requests. We are careful as possible in wording the purpose statement of each forum and forum section. The wording of purpose of this forum states: "Discussions around using and interfacing with the Church MLS program." Absent from that purpose statement is anything about providing development feedback or product enhancements. Rather this particular forum is for discussing the MLS program. Perhaps the the title of this forum is what is misleading.
