We had a Stake Presidency change three weeks ago.

Two of the new members already had a MLS account in the stake computer. When trying to do the restauration of the MLS account using two user accounts with full rights, we got the Message: "The two users must have Finance rights in order to allow the account restauration". We tryed with other users, including the former Stake Presidency members, but no success.

What I need to do? We have payments and reimbursements to process.

Do the accounts have admin rights? You'd have to have admin rights to set the rights of other users.

Yes, all acounts that we tryed, had Administrative rights.
