I just noticed that in our MLS, we have two priests quorums. The only person in the 2nd quorum is the Bishop, as quorum president. There are no members listed in the 2nd quorum. There is no president listed in the 1st quorum.
I am hesitant to simply remove the 2nd quorum, because I assume that the system would remove the Bishop from his calling as priests quorum president. There is no option to add a president to the 1st quorum; when I click Add Position, the only options are 1st assistant, 2nd assistant, and secretary.
Thanks for any advice.

I moved the priests quorum president position to the 1st quorum in CDOL. After you do a send/receive see if that helps.
