MLS Not Loading Users (Unable to Login)

Hi,

When we try to login to MLS, the Bishop and the clerks are unable to login. When click on the magnify glass to search for a user it has zero users. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you have a resolution for this issue?

There was a nice article in the Wiki about how to do that, but it got shut down in favor of the RKTS page which supplies no information on the subject. (At least none that I can find).

But you can still see the steps in the edit page for Lost user names.

Thanks for the help. We were able to get back into MLS! Now we're facing a message that looks like the attached screenshot. We're waiting for Salt Lake to send us a file. I've clicked on Send/Receive and no file has been sent.

Only thing you can do is follow the instruction - do a send/receive until that screen goes away. It may take multiple send/receives to do that. (One to send a request, a wait time, and then to receive the resulting file.)
