MLS will not transmit

Location - Clearlake Ward (271403), Kiezer Oregon Stake (508276), MLS will not transmit (send/receive changes). We keep getting an error message (Error: 2 "unauthorized"). Same message regardless of who tries to transmit (Ward Clerk, Stake Asst Clerk/Technology, etc.).
We have rebooted the computer several times (both as a restart, and also with shutdown and turn power off), with no difference.
There is nobody available by phone to reset this from the SLC end. What do we need to do in order to resolve this so that we can do tithing (& finance transmissions) today?
