Move Records Out - Contact Info

Hi there,

When requesting records to be moved out, on the address page there is a section on the bottom of that page (see attached image) called "Contact Information", supposedly to assist the ward the record is going to in finding the individual to be moved. I thought this would be immensely useful to the next ward, but can't figure out how to get it to NOT be grayed out so I can actually enter information here. I'm probably just missing something. Thanks.

It lights up when you do a "Address Unknown".

As for normal contact information, you need to go to the prior screen where you can enter the phone number and email addresses.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.

So it won't let you select an address and also fill out the box? Darn. :(

You can always use "contract bishop" to pass along information.
