I am trying to correct a baptism/confirmation date in the system. It sticks on my MLS and I have done send and recieve successfully, however it doesn't seem to stick. I did it last night and it is still showing the wrong date when I check on lds.org. Does it take longer than the 12 or so hours to update? The system asks for the persons name, birthdate and membership # of the individual who did the ordinance, I don't have that, could that be part of the problem? thanks for your help in advance.

Maybe Local Unit Support could update this information for you, but they would ask what kind of source documents you have to prove that the date in the system is wrong.
