Hi good Day,
Can anyone help? I am a counselor Ward and Bishop assigned me to find out how we can change the mail address of the Ward, because we are not getting the packets on time. We know that this is done in MLS but we not know exactly how.

Only the FMG can update the address. I'd log a ticket in FIR to have it updated or contact your Stake PFR.

When you say "packets" do you mean the weekly packets of information sent by regular mail to the bishop? Those are not typically sent to the mailing address of the ward building, but rather to the mailing address of the bishop. If the bishop's mailing address is incorrect, he can fix that himself by signing in to CDOL.
