Out of unit HT/VT assigned

We have an assisted living branch where members of the stake are assigned as HT and VT, but we have not been able to figure out out to assign these out of unit members to the families. Any ideas?

After what I can understand you need to make an "Out of unit, membershiprecord" for the HT / VT in the MLS of the branch.
You can do this from the menubar:
Membership--> Records--> Out of unit, membershiprecord (or something like that. My MLS is in Norwegian)
When they are registered you can assign them as HT / VT.
