Clerk Resources online

Postby couchb » Tue Jun 25, 2013 1:17 pm

I love the Clerk Resources data found online that shows much of the data in MLS. The Callings by Organization is very helpful. This data is a challenge to keep updated in MLS. Is there a way to not only see the information online but to also update this data so that it is updated in MLS?

Not currently, but my guess it will be someday.

If you look at the Access Table, you can see that it is on the roadmap, but not yet implemented. Recording ordinances is also on the "to do" list.

According to the tentative schedule provided by one of the developers this is on the roadmap for beta release in late summer. That schedule may be subject to change but it is on its way but probably won't be available for a few months still.

How does one get on the Beta test? Can I volunteer?

Are you talking about the entries that have the "Access allowed; not yet available" clock icon:
Edit Member Calling Information
Record Aaronic Priesthood Ordination
Record Melchizedek Priesthood Ordination
Record Child of Record Baptism

So I still need to buzz over to the clerks office for these items?

Yes, unfortunately!
