Had a ward clerk pull the February HT Statistical Report that the Bishop uses each month as he conducts PPIs with the Priesthood and Relief Society leaders. I'm a stake executive secretary and so don't see this level of detail in the Stake MLS report we see. The box of monthly statistics for the Elders and HP at the top of this report is what we see in the Stake MLS. The ward also sees each family, the % of visits for 13 months, and the actual visits for the past three months.
The report he handed me had all of the data in the top box (12 month history of visits), but all of the visiting data for the month of February is zero for each family. It was there a few weeks ago when it was entered by the priesthood leaders.
Why did it go to zero and how do we recover it? As it stands, it is worthless to the Bishop.

Hi, is your MLS installation up-to-date? Have you checked in Leader and Clerk Resources?

All those statistics are only available in LCR now. MLS doesn't support HT/VT information anymore and hasn't done so for quite some time.
