MLS displaying "authorised"

our MLS is working very fine, but when i attempt to transmit, it will be displaying "unauthorized". i thought that it was the modem that was like having problem, so i went to another local unit MLS, and they used the modem to transmit their report. Why is it that their MLS never displayed the message displayed by ours since our MLS can also backup, print out, enter donations and expenses, update membership records and so forth? What will be the solution to this problem? i really need your help.

You need to contact Local Unit Support and ask for security reset.

It happens from time to time, but if anyone is trying to run a second install of MLS anywhere, that can cause it.
