Problems with inactive members

well, more than the half of members are inactive or have moved to other ward

what can i do ?
please help me.


the members was moved ,we don't know where they live

For those who have move you need to move their records to the new ward.

For those who are inactive the Bishop needs to make sure they have HT and VT assigned.

but the inactives are dissapear
they no longer live at their registered address and no one knows where they live now

If you are a clerk (head clerk or membership) you can access https://clerk.lds.org In it you will see an area for First Presidency letter, 29 October 2012: Finding Lost Members --> That document spells out multiple ways a ward/branch family should try and locate the lost member. Once those options have been completed, you can send the record back to the unknown file.
