MLS 3.5.1 link is not working from the lds.org site. Here's the download link provided from the lds page.

Does anyone have another link where I can download MLS 3.5.1 please?

Tried the download link you supplied and for me it's working. As far as I'm aware this is the only place to download MLS from!

I've now tried on the ward computer just tonight and I've tried on my PC and mobile devices and all going to a dead page.

Do you have direct link to the file?

But I got this far purely by using the top link you posted! I'm assuming of course you have the necessary standard callings (Ward Clerk, STS etc.), as entered in MLS, and can log in with your LDSaccount!

By the way I'm just a forum member, like yourself. Nothing to do with support as addressed in your original post. Just trying to assist a fellow member!

Just seen your subsequent post regarding cookies etc.. Have you tried what they suggest?

Thanks heaps for assisting Biggles. Are you a Ward clerk? Is that why you're getting access to it and I can't?

Yeah, I've tried what has been suggested. I've just been called as Ward clerk again lol. My favourite calling ever. I handed the reins to the last Ward clerk and now he's handed it back to me lol.

Now it has me stumped why the link isn't working for me. I've tried Ward pc, my personal pc and my mobile devices and all coming up with the same error message.

Yes, Ward Clerk is one of my callings! :rolleyes:

As you are the Ward Clerk, just double check your calling has been entered correctly in MLS as a standard calling. You can check this online at CDOL and should be shown in black, not orange!

It can take a couple of days for these callings to filter through the system and for you to gain all the permissions. I can't recall whether the Ward Clerk calling has to go through an additional step involving human approval.

Of course you might not be able to check CDOL, if the above procedure hasn't happened yet.

That's probably the reason then. I've only just been set apart on Sunday gone. Thought I'd go up to the clerks office to see changes and start work. My calling hasn't been changed so I've only done it tonight. I might sit back and wait then and then try again maybe the weekend.

What's the link to CDOL please and is there a support link there?

My calling is now showing correctly in the online Ward Directory.
