MLS will not allow backup

MLS will not allow backup

MLS will not allow me to backup. Whenever I try to perform a backup it says an error has occured with no explanation. I have to do a task manager closure of MLS to get off the program.

I would call Local Unit Support. It may be corrupted file.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Our MLS just started having this same error. How were you able to resolve this?
