Techie - Can't download MLS

I try to download MLS on my Branch System, But i was unable to do that WHY?

At the ward level, at least the ward clerk and assistant ward clerk have these permissions. There may be others but I haven't asked the bishopric or membership clerk if they have access.RussellHltn wrote:Off hand, I don't know what callings are supported.

Those "official" callings are standard positions. When selecting a position to add to an organization in MLS, standard positions will appear with a yellow star to the left of the position name. Custom positions will appear with an orange circle to the left of the position name. When positions are checked in CDOL, standard positions are in black font while custom positions are in orange font.jswalberg wrote:Make sure that you "officially" have the right calling selected in MLS by either the Stake or Ward clerk, as appropriate.
