After upgrading to 3.5, a unit in the stake (Ellenbrook Ward) has resulted in no Elders Quorum and HP leaders showing in the Organisation menu. There is also no ability to add the Quorum/Group leaders as the Add New pop up shows no callings to pick from. Requesting Unit refresh doesn't change anything but callings are showing in CDOL correctly.

We reported this and provided screen shots to the local MSR team, however have been told that SL are aware of a problem across the church with this and hope to send out an update that will resolve the matter.

Anyone know anything about this? Has been 2 weeks since we reported the issue and the unit is unable to make changes to the Quorums/Groups to update changes in leadership as a result.

Go back to 3.4.3 --- restore you old data and try again.

If nothing else works, thats what I would do.

If that was done right after the failed upgrade, that might be a plan, but two weeks later might cause some additional problems. If you do do that, be sure to inform LUS so they can do any corrective action needed.
