If you think the CHQ servers might be overloaded, It is a quick phone call to check. After that, as others have said, start at the beginning with the phone line. Look for noise first, and go from there.

If you have done all you can with the phone line, SL can help you find out where the connection is stopping.

The only problem about the phone call on Sunday is not one is at the MLS Help Desk, right?

No one is at the help desk on Sundays, but there is a prerecorded message (at the normal Help Desk phone number) that tells you the current MLS transmission server status.

If the servers are down, someone will be working to fix them (even on Sunday) and they will update the status message when the status changes.
