The 2012 quarter 3 quarterly report never appeared in MLS (3.4.3) for me. MLS still has 2012 quarter 2 instead. I filled quarter 3 in online (late), but only found that option after searching through this forum for some work-around to MLS's lack of that option. No message that such would be required was received.

From time to time (for reasons that I do not know), MLS does not roll over to the current quarter so you can do the quarterly report. The solution is to call Local Unit Support, tell them of the problem, and ask them to trigger the change for you. They are able to set a file that will cause your MLS to correct following the next Send/Receive.
