The calls are not updated

Good afternoon (here in Argentina are 17:30 pm). I am a stake clerk, and Technology Specialist

I have problems with MLS. Calls that are loaded into the units are not updated at the stake. Also, no updated in CDOL or Leader Resources.

Do you know how to solve this issue? I have verified that the changes are sent, but I couldn't solve this problem.

The church is working to roll out MLS 3.5 which features changes in how MLS works with CDOL. There have been some problems. It's possible what you are experiencing is a side-effect of that.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

We have a few similar problems here in California with the 3rd Quarter report not complete.
The council from Local Unit Support was to continue doing Send/Receives over the next few days and give our local MLS system a chance to re-sync with the database in SLC. If the problem wasn't resolved by mid-week, then we're to call LUS again. Here's hoping.

Have you verified that it actually sent a file to CDOL? You can look at the 'Send/Receive Status' page in MLS (press F9 before you send receive) and make sure that you see a file going to CDOL. It will say /mls2cdol/ as part of the filename.

I do see a new bishopric counselor created in one of your units earlier this week, but no files received this weekend at all.

Callings Not Sync'ed between MLS and LDS.org

Today we noticed some needed changes in our primary callings. We made the changes in MLS at the church and have transmitted several times since then. LDS.org, when logged in as ward clerk, does not reflect the changes. For example, we created a "Valiant 11 Class" and then moved members from the incorrectly filtered "Valiant 11" class into the new "Valiant 11 Class" class. None of these changes are reflected in LDS.org. We released a "Cub Scout Committee Chairman" because they moved. Now the family is gone, but the person who held the calling is still there but is listed as an out of ward calling.

@ammonihah,
Are you using MLS 3.5 or 3.4.3? If the later then you may have to wait for 3.5 before making organization changes.

Did you actually release them in MLS, or did they get released by MLS because they were moved out?
When MLS moves them out it is supposed to send a release of that calling to CDOL. I'll have to look at the logs and see if it actually happened.
The good news is that we have a process in CDOL that runs each day and checks for move outs from CMIS (the membership database at CHQ) and releases people that have moved, so you should see them released in LDS.org on Monday. That being said there is still a delay. We are working on defining some processes that would allow us to get notification of the move outs sooner and process those releases more quickly.
