I have a unit that cannot log into the MLS at all all usernames and passwords are now gone out MLS. I'm in the stake financial clerk stake clerk is out of town on assignment for US military is there a way to login that I don't know about?

Instructions for fixing this can be found in the wiki at Lost user names (MLS). Note that for some of the steps, you have to have administrator privileges for MLS.
