MLS only showing Finance capabilities for all users

I am having clerks in my Stake also experiencing this issue. Any insight would be helpful. It is bad timing given we are trying to prepare for a Stake conference and need access to membership records today.

Same issue here. Anyone have a better fix that reboot/restart MLS? Looks like the latest MLS version that was posted to mls.lds.org is a version from Nov 2011. Would it help to roll back to that version? I don't want to make the problem worse, but right now it's down to a throw-anything-against-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks approach.

Slight difference in my issue: when I start up MLS, the opening screen with the login form says MLS3.4.2_20243 November 16 2011 on it.

I restored from last week backup and I got my permissions back.

The first time I logged in this morning everything looked right but some changes I made wouldn't transmit. I just logged in again and all permissions other than finance are gone.

I am assistant stake clerk and executive secretary for out stake. Something happened to MLS last week as now there are many problems this morning. I can no longer view member records for the Stake President. Our Stake Clerk can no longer scan and update temple recommends for members. What happened and can it be fixed?? Our computer is using MLS 3.4.2 today.

I just fixed a unit by doing a restore from last week's backup. We'll see if it still works after they try to input something and transmit. A send/receive after the restore was still OK.

2 units of the 15 in my stake have reported this issue by now - but it's only 11:30... we'll see who else we hear from in the next hour.

The restore from last week's backup also fixed a computer in my Stake. I tried rebooting and reinstalling MLS but only the restore from last week worked. I transmitted and logged on and off and it still works.
