Monthly HT Stats from Ward to Stake

Hi
Our Stake President wants monthly reports on number of families visited and assigned for High Priests and Elders. As ward clerk, I keep this information updated on MLS. I understand that the stake clerk can review HT percentages but not actual numbers. Is this true ? IF so, perhaps a suggestion for future versions would be to include this information at the stake level.
