I posted this in the Ward Clerk section and then realized I am doing double duty so aught to post it here too:

Our ward has a lot of activities, and our Stake President really appreciates us turning in our activity forms. Not to mention lots of other forms that need to be filled out. I would like to post these as PDF's to our ward website so leadership can download them and fill them out with out requesting them from me (This would be a good feature by the way). Is there any problem with posting these to the website?

It depends on the form, but many of the forms can be found in MLS. The web site is accesible to all members and some forms are not intended for everyone. Did you have any specific forms in mind?

Yes,

For now the Activity Plan form and Parental Form for activities. The young men and women always go on trips, they always lose their forms and I always have to get new ones. However they always check our unit site, because we keep the calendar up to date.

lAre thos two forms provided by distribution or are they created at the stake level? I believe these two forms would be a great candidate for LUWS.

2) Under “News and Information” (left hand side) click on “Maintain”
3) Click the Submit News and Information link on the upper right hand side the page
4) Follow the on-screen instructions to have upload stuff and have them show up on your unit's home page.
