Muskogee Ward Membership Directory

on 22 March 2011, I printed a directory the following format. I can't seem to duplicate it.
Can you help. See following example.
Name Phone Number Address

Since you posted this in the forum for the "classic" ward and stake websites, I assume that's where you are trying to print the directory. If so, is this the format you are looking for?

If so, you go to your ward's classic website, choose Membership Directory, and then click "Format for Printing."
If you're looking for something else, please help me understand what site you are asking about.
