Process for using LUWS to email auxiliaries

If I want to email the Elder's Quorum about a reminder for something that we'd like them to bring to church on Sunday, can that be done through the LUWS?
I know the LUWS Admin can do it, but what is the process for a non-admin LUWS user?

Only LUWS administrators can do broadcast emails.

Send a email to the LUWS admin requesting them to send the broadcast.
