Works for me. What version of konq? I'm on 3.3.2.

Note: Konqueror works with this website but there are a few css anomalies. :(

konqueror 3.5.4-12.fc6. (RedHat Fedora Core 6) signon is not recognized
konqueror 3.4.0 (SuSE 9.3) works fine

I have gotten the error when attempting to access the Ward Calander.

Oscar,

The only officially supported browsers for the Stake and Ward Web Site are Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator. The Stake and Ward Web Site was not included in the first release of the lds.org redesign, nor do I know when it is slated for rewrite. This is stated in the System Requirements section of the Help area: http://www.lds.org/helppage/0,5535,171,00.html#system

Although unofficially it does seem to work fine with Firefox and Opera.

I use Firefox, and have some web developer extensions installed (so I can debug some sites and get ideas for when I write websites.)

Has the LDS.org team found any problems with firefox to keep it from becoming official?

The LDS.org team is different than the LUWS team. Just making that distinction. According to the document found on the LDS.org web site found here, the following is the official word:
Church Web sites are built to support W3C standards-compliant browsers. We currently support the following browsers:
  • Internet Explorer 6.0, 6.0 (AOL), and 7.0
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.x and 2.0
  • MSN Explorer
  • Safari 2.0.x and 1.3
As of December 2006, this represented over 98% of the users of Church Web sites. Other browsers (such as Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer 5.2x (Mac), Opera, or WebTV Viewer) may still be fully functional, but we do not certify that they will work with a Church Web site.
