The computer in our ward cannot transmit. We need to reinstall latest version of MLS program.
I know the unit name but do not know the password, where will I get the password

Check with the other clerks or your stake clerk.

If you need a new installer, your Stake Technology Specialist (STS) can download it from http://mls.lds.org. If your stake/district don't have an STS, call the Stake Clerk (he know the password to access the site and download the software).
