Where can I get a Stake Calendar?

Our leaders said the stake calendar is now available online.

However, you need to have setup a LDS Account to be able to login. If you have not done so, you can create one by knowing your membership number and your birth date.

I thought it was an individual's confirmation date, no?

Not anymore. But that was true for quite a long time. It appears they wanted to ease the burden of obtaining an account.

I just noticed that. I was helping a member of our stake create one and it has indeed changed to birthdate. Good to know.

Since you (Michael Newman) sound a like you don't use the ward website often, if you want just stake items, log in (use RussellHltn's post above for that), then on the left side click on Stake Home and, once that loads, Stake Calendar.

However, if your stake is using it correctly, any applicable stake activities should be showing up on your ward calendar. So after logging in, just click on Ward Calendar on the left side.

I went to https://secure.lds.org/units and then clicked on Retrieve my User Name.

Then I clicked on https://apps.lds.org/sign-in/go/cant-sign-in.jsf and chose Forgot User Name, which brought me to https://apps.lds.org/sign-in/go/forgotU ... nId=354579 . I typed in my email address, and got a Message stating the information was emailed to me.

I checked the Inbox of my Yahoo account, as well as the Spam folder. Nothing came in.

I repeated the request a second time and received nothing again.

Is there a phone number I can call?

I don't know of any phone number. There is an online support form that you can find at http://ldsaccount.lds.org under "Contact Us" (at https://apps.lds.org/sign-in/go/helpme. ... nId=338276). It says you will get a response within 24 hours.

Did you ever create an LDS account to begin with? Not too long ago ward website accounts were required to switch to LDS accounts. Where it's been so long since you've been on, you may never have created one. Of course, then it should have given you an error when you entered your email address...

Whether or not they guarantee an answer to my trouble ticket sometime tomorrow, their web site system needs to fixed. Three (3) times I submitted my request and three time I got:

"An e-mail message has been sent to (email address) containing all LDS Account user names associated with this e-mail address.

"If you don't see the e-mail message in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder."

And still nothing all day long.

I don't know why all the secrecy for a stake calendar. Last time I looked there was noting on the calendar which would compromise anything or anybody.

(I have no choice but to wait until tomorrow. A phone would have been much quicker)
