Missing user names
A member had forgotten his user name and so, as I have done many times, I went to the list of registered users only to find that over half no longer have a user name listed. Is this something to do with the lds account? If so, which user names are listed, those who have an lds account or those who do not? I may have answered this as i checked my own entry and found the user name missing which doesn't make sense. If the user names are not shown, how am I supposed to help people? I have probably missed something basic or a previous discussion on this, but have been out of touch for several weeks. Anyone help me on this?

Once an individual has created an LDS Account for themselves, their user name will no longer appear in the registered users list of the LUWS. This is actually a help for the web site administrator as it is an indication of what users have not created the account. Those individuals should be contacted in person and encouraged to move towards using an LDS Account. In all likelyhood users who have not created the LDS account may not now have access to the site.zaneclark wrote:A member had forgotten his user name and so, as I have done many times, I went to the list of registered users only to find that over half no longer have a user name listed. Individuals can now, as has been explained, retrieve their own logon information should it be forgotten.
