So I've been working with the Stake Technology Specialist the past few weeks to try to get access to our ward building resource calendar, so I can put the building calendar there instead of our MS Works Calendar file on the local unit computer. He added me as an admin and when I attempted to add calendar entries, it would send me an email saying I had events to approve, but when I clicked the admin options it would say no submissions...
Well, I don't know if this was by design or not, but I finally figured out where those submissions were hiding. Instead of going to our LUWS and clicking admin options, I instead went to the stake website, then click admin options there... voila, submissions to approve and I could even add events directly to the calendar.
So in other words, ward admin options ---> no resources assigned to ward.
Navigate to stake website, admin options ---> resources available.
Share discussions around the Classic Local Unit Website (LUWS).

The STS must have created the Resource at the Stake level and made it visible to the wards. Typically that's only done if the calender needs to be visible to more than one unit.
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.
